These guidelines will help achieve a successful project and further the quality of Culture and Extension activities. We advise all project coordinators and collaborators to observe the following:

• Take notice of PRCEU’s norms and deadlines;

• Registering activities on the Apolo system is mandatory;

• Proposals should be in line with the modality of activities that will be offered (difusion, specialization, trainning, lecture, culture, and others);

• Make clear descriptions of activities and try to relate goals and expected results;

• Define a target audience and assess the reach, relevance and impact of activities;

• Identify the resources needed to develop the activities;

• Issue evaluation forms for participants to rate the activity and instructor performance.
